Donald Trump has signed orders imposing tariffs on top U.S. trading partners Mexico, Canada and China. Democratic Rep. Robert Garcia of California explains why those tariffs will be “incredibly destructive” for U.S. residents and the economy. MSNBC’s Ayman Mohyeldin also asked Garcia about the Friday night purge of top FBI officials and federal prosecutors.
